Woods Hill at Pier 4 is officially open in the Boston Seaport. It has been a very exciting time to open our doors and show the neighborhood who we are and what we do to make us so unique. The reception and feedback from guests has been wonderful and we love telling the story of our commitment to ethical and honest food in a fun and enjoyable and atmosphere. It has always been my passion to offer this style of food, and now to serve it at this incredible location that is so rich in history, is very special feeling. We are thankful for all of our partners at Pier 4 and all of the builders and skilled crafts people that worked so hard to get us open and operating. Now it's our chef's turn and our staff's turn to shine. I personally cannot wait for Boston to meet Chef Charlie and his amazing team who are creating delicious and innovative dishes for our guests to experience.
That being said, we love to share our philosophy and background with our new guests and neighbors. We are a true farm to table operation and with that comes a degree of responsibility for us to educate the consumer on what that means in terms of the food they are ordering at our restaurants.
